Job summary
Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy in Massachusetts seeks a BCBA to join our growing team. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends or late nights, a small caseload, and a laptop provided to support your work.
You will supervise BTs/RBTs, review data, adjust treatment plans, and consult with families to ensure effective, ethical behavior-analytic interventions. We provide strong clinical support and a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- BCBA certification verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
- Knowledge of ABA strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations.
- Proficient with Office 365 apps and ABA software platforms.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
- Regularly review session data, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
- Provide supervision through meetings with staff and families.
- Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.
