Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking BCBAs for full- or part-time roles with hybrid work options. The position includes direct supervision of BTs/RBTs and management of a small caseload, with ongoing data review and plan adjustments.

Eligible candidates have BCBA certification and at least one year of experience with clients with diverse needs, plus proficiency in Office 365 and ABA software platforms. Competitive benefits and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA as verified through BACB.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, or adults with various needs.
• Proficient with Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff/families, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Supervise by observing and leading team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.
