Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy seeks BCBA professionals for direct supervision of BTs/RBTs and to manage a small caseload across a hybrid schedule in Massachusetts. You will review data from sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and adapt individualized treatment plans to maximize outcomes.

You will provide supervision, lead team meetings with staff and families, and consult with families on treatment concerns or staff related issues.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA certified by the BACB.
• Minimum 1 year experience with individuals with special needs.
• Proficient in ABA data collection and analysis.
• Proficient with Office 365 suite and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review session data with staff and families and adjust treatment plans.
• Supervise by observing staff and holding team meetings with families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns or staff issues.
