Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a hybrid role in the United States. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and review data to tailor individualized treatment plans for clients with diverse needs.

You will consult with families, observe sessions, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality ABA services. The position offers a supportive environment and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with Behavior Analyst Certification Board credential.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children and/or individuals with special needs.
• Knowledge of ABA intervention strategies, earning theories, ethics, and applicable regulations.
• Proficient in Office 365 apps and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff and family meetings and observations.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff guidance.
