Job summary
Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Newington, CT is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a HYBRID role. You will lead and supervise BTs/RBTs, review session data, and adjust treatment plans with families’ involvement to ensure individualized care.
The role requires BCBA certification and at least 1 year of experience with children or individuals with special needs. A hybrid schedule, small caseload, laptop, and comprehensive benefits are offered.
Qualifications
- BCBA certification verified by the BACB.
- Minimum 1 year experience with individuals with various needs.
- Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and ethics/regulations.
- Proficient with MS Office and ABA software platforms.
Responsibilities
- Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
- Review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
- Provide supervision through staff and family meetings.
- Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff.
