Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Mansfield, MA is seeking a BCBA to join our growing team. The role includes direct supervision of BTs/RBTs, managing a small caseload, reviewing session data, interpreting results, and updating treatment plans.

We offer a Master’s degree preference, competitive pay 85k-95k, a comprehensive benefits package, and a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, plus a laptop and 401K with match.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required as verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations.
• Proficient in Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to meet demanding physical requirements and assist with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions, interpret results, and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision through staff and family meetings and observations.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff.
