Job summary
Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Springfield, MA. The role involves direct supervision of BTs/RBTs and management of a small caseload, with data-driven treatment adjustments and regular family meetings.

Qualifications
- BCBA certification verified by Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents/adults with special needs.
- Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, ethics, laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Office 365 and ABA software platforms.
- Ability to meet demands including lifting up to 50 lbs. when needed.
Responsibilities
- Deliver supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
- Review session data with staff and families; adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Provide supervision via staff and family meetings.
- Consult with families on treatment concerns.
