Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is hiring a BCBA for a hybrid/on-site role in Cherry Hill, NJ. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, review data, and adjust treatment plans while coordinating with families to ensure program success.

The role requires BCBA certification, a Master’s degree, and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Full-time; benefits, laptop, and a supportive Clinical Manager are included.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by BACB.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children/adolescents with special needs.
• Knowledge of ABA data collection, interpretation and intervention methods.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review and interpret session data with staff and families; adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Conduct team meetings with staff and families to discuss progress and strategies.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff performance.
