The Treetop ABA in Virginia seeks a full-time BCBA to lead clinical care with flexible, hybrid scheduling. This role blends in-clinic assessments and remote planning, supervision, and collaboration, serving families in VA regions including Lynchburg, Roanoke, and surrounding areas.

You'\u2019ll conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, mentor RBTs, collect data, and partner with families to achieve meaningful outcomes in a supportive, ethics-driven environment.

Competenze

• Active BCBA Certification (required).
• Virginia LBA license required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team‑oriented mindset essential.

Mansioni

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver ABA therapy with families in clinic and in-home settings.
• Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers for consistent care and outcomes.
