Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our Virginia-based team. This hybrid role blends in-center clinical work with remote planning, documentation, and supervision.

You will conduct FBAs, develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, and supervise RBTs while collaborating with families to achieve client goals. The ideal candidate holds an active BCBA certification and Virginia LBA license, with experience with children who have autism or developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification (required).
• Virginia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
