The Treetop ABA in Virginia is seeking a full-time BCBA for a hybrid role combining in-clinic and remote planning. The position supports families and children with autism, delivering data-driven ABA therapy and supervising junior staff in a flexible, respectful environment.

You will work with a compassionate team, focusing on high-quality care while enjoying a balanced schedule with no nights or weekends and work-from-home options when feasible.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• Virginia LBA License required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver ABA therapy in-clinic and support families at home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
