Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Virginia Beach is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our clinician-led team. This hybrid role blends in-home clinic work with planning, documentation, and supervision, allowing flexible scheduling and strong clinical collaboration.

You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs/ABATs, and partner with families to achieve meaningful outcomes. We value compassionate, evidence-based care and career growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• Virginia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
