Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Roanoke, VA is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our clinician-led team. This hybrid role blends in-clinic ABA sessions with remote planning, collaboration, and supervision, and supports an ethical, low-burnout practice with a 25-billable expectation.

You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, mentor RBTs, work with families, and participate in ongoing professional growth with generous CEU opportunities and a strong support network.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and Virginia LBA license required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
