Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Middlesex, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee a small caseload and supervise BTs/RBTs. You will review session data with staff and families and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, ongoing supervision, and adherence to ABA ethics, with a strong support structure from the Clinical Manager. Equal opportunity employer, flexible and full-time.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with current credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents or adults with various needs.
• Knowledge of ABA strategies, ethics and intervention methods.
• Proficient with Office 365 suite and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data collected in sessions with staff and families and modify treatment plans.
• Provide supervision by observing and holding team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff.
