Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage with children on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff meetings with families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff.
• Support from Clinical Manager with scheduling and administrative tasks.
