Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA in Worcester, MA to provide direct supervision to BTs and RBTs while managing a small caseload. You will review session data with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust individualized treatment plans accordingly.

The role requires BCBA certification, at least 1 year of related experience, and proficiency with ABA software and Office 365. Competitive pay, full benefits, and no weekends are offered.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Experience in working with children/adolescents with special needs is required.
• Proficient with Office 365 (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities
