Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Ohio. You will lead clinical programs, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to ensure ethical, individualized therapy and measurable client progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA or BCBA-D certification.
• Licensed in states of practice (where applicable).
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card and TB test.
• Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time.
• Proficient with MacOS and Microsoft Office; able to learn CentralReach and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Meet goals and treatment plan objectives as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in the clinic and home.
• Maintain relationships with parents and provide caregiver training monthly per client.
• Ensure ethical, individualized client programming and oversee overlaps with staff.
• Oversee/monitor ABA programs in center and community settings.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
• Update progress reports for clients.
• Oversee/monitor ABA programs including initial and ongoing assessments.
• Direct, lead & supervise behavior technicians and supervise RBT hours.
• Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices.
• Model and fill in for therapy as needed.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
• Assist Clinical Directors with Initial Assessments as needed.
• Take on supervisees for BACB student supervision as needed.
• Assist with Interim Care as needed for potential clients.
• Document all activities according to BACB guidelines and funder guidelines.
