Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Ohio centers. You will meet prescription fulfillment goals and coordinate parent training across clinic and home settings, while supervising behavior technicians and guiding ABA programs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical teams, adherence to BACB guidelines, and ongoing professional development through our training and supervision opportunities.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or BCBA-D required.
• State licensure in practice states where employed preferred.
• Strong collaboration with clinical and administrative teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment targets (average 25 billable hours/week).
• Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Document activities per BACB guidelines and funder guidelines.
• Oversee/monitor ABA programs, supervise RBTs, and ensure programming integrity.
