Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead clinical programs across our Ohio centers. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality ABA services, supervising staff, and collaborating with families to achieve progress for children with autism.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required.
• Licensure in states of practice (where applicable).
• Experience in early intervention and behavior reduction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment equaling an average of 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and conduct caregiver training sessions (min 1 per client per month).
• Ensure programming is ethical, individualized, and implemented with integrity.
• Oversee programming in center and community settings.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
• Update progress reports for clients.
• Oversee/monitor ABA programs including assessments.
• Direct, lead & supervise behavior technicians and BACB supervision hours.
• Stay up-to-date on research and best practices.
• Model and fill in for therapy as needed.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
• Assist with Initial Assessments as needed.
• Support BACB student supervision.
