Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers seeks a BCBA to lead and supervise ABA programs across our Ohio centers. The role focuses on developing treatment plans, supervising teams, and ensuring ethical, individualized client programming with data-driven progress reporting.

You will coordinate with clinical directors, conduct parent training, and participate in ongoing research opportunities, while benefiting from competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and licensure in applicable states
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clinical experience in early intervention and behavior reduction preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Detail oriented and able to document clearly and accurately
• Proficiency with CentralReach, Tableau and MacOS in a primarily Mac-based environment

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment targets (≈25 billable hours/week)
• Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings
• Maintain relationships with parents and provide caregiver training per client
• Ensure ethical, individualized programming and data-driven progress reporting
• Oversee ABA programs in center and community settings
• Develop and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients
• Update progress reports and oversee/monitor progress
• Lead supervision of behavior technicians and BACB supervision hours
• Stay current with research and best practices
• Represent Bierman Autism Centers in the community
• Assist with Initial Assessments and supervise BACB students
