Qualifikationen

• BCBA or BCBA‑D certification and licensure in states of practice.
• Experience supervising staff and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication and problem solving in ABA settings.

Aufgaben

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment targets (approx. 25 billable hours/week).
• Conduct caregiver training in clinic and home settings as appropriate.
• Document client progress and ensure ethical, individualized programming.
