Job summary

Northeast Family Services seeks a BCBA to assess clients, develop treatment plans, provide family training, and supervise behavior technicians. The role emphasizes data-driven treatment and thorough documentation to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD with BACB-approved coursework.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing; LABA preferred.
• At least two years of related clinical experience with autism/ developmental challenges.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Availability for mornings, after-school, and evenings.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Experience implementing ABA interventions in clinical settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Compassionate, client-centered approach to care.
• Experience with FBAs and behavior skills assessments.
• Proficient with word processing and graphing software.
• Up-to-date with ABA best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians and direct treatment with focus on skill acquisition.
• Complete documentation: instructional programs, data collection, graphing, progress reports, behavior support plans.
