You will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful outcomes. Hybrid work enables flexibility while maintaining high standards of care.

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• Virginia LBA license required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Aufgaben

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
