Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Springfield, MA for a full-time role. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and collaborate with families to modify treatment plans based on session data.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Certified BCBA with board certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adults with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families; interpret results; adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff and family meetings.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.
