Bierman Autism Centers in Indianapolis, Indiana, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D) to provide leadership and supervision across our center-based ABA programs. The role involves managing caseloads, training caregivers, designing Treatment Plans, and ensuring high-quality, ethical programming.

Formación

• BCBA or BCBA-D Certification required.
• Licensure in states of practice where applicable.
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card and TB test prior to employment.
• Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction preferred.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Excellent time management; ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; MacOS knowledge; able to use CentralReach and Tableau.

Responsabilidades

• Meet caseload and hourly/monthly authorization goals (25 billable hours/week).
• Conduct parent/caregiver training in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and train caregivers monthly.
• Design and update Treatment Plans; oversee ABA programs and supervise RBT hours.
• Ensure ethical, individualized programming with data-driven decisions.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
• Assist with Initial Assessments and BACB student supervision.
• Document all activities per BACB and funder guidelines.
• Oversee programming in center and community settings.
