Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a BCBA to lead behavioral programming across our Indiana centers. Join a team focused on evidence-based pediatric ABA, training clinicians, and driving outcomes for children with autism.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and licensure as applicable by state.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians and consultation.
• Familiarity with behavior analytic principles and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment: average 25 billable hours/week.
• Conduct caregiver collaboration and parent training in clinic and home.
• Document progress and ensure ethical, individualized programming across clients.
• Oversee ABA programs and supervise RBT hours.
• Lead and mentor therapy staff and maintain quality of care.
