Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in the United States. You will supervise therapy programs, design treatment plans, and support both center and community ABA service delivery.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D Certification is required.
• Licensure in states of practice where applicable.
• Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment targets (avg 25 billable hours/week).
• Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Lead and supervise behavior technicians and oversee supervision hours.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans and update progress reports.
• Oversee ABA programs and conduct assessments.
• Maintain programming ethics and individualization across settings.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
