Bierman Autism Centers in New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA programs across center-based settings. The role focuses on clinical leadership, treatment planning, and caregiver collaboration.

You will design, oversee and report on progress, mentor therapy staff, conduct initial assessments, and ensure compliant programming. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and licensure in states where applicable.
• Experience with early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues and caregivers.

Responsabilités

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization targets averaging 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings when appropriate.
• Maintain relationships with parents and provide caregiver training per client per month.
• Oversee and monitor ABA programs and supervise staff, including RBT supervision hours.
