Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a BCBA to lead and supervise ABA programs across our centers, ensuring ethical, individualized client care and collaboration with families. You will implement plans, monitor progress, and help advance research initiatives.

The role includes coordinating with Clinical Directors, supporting RBTs, and promoting high-quality services while maintaining center operations in the Raleigh area.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA or BCBA-D certification.
• Clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment averaging 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and conduct caregiver training sessions.
• Oversee ABA programming and supervise behavior technicians and RBT supervision hours.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients and update progress reports.
• Oversee programming in center and community settings and conduct initial assessments.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
