Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a BCBA/BCBA-D to lead and supervise ABA programs across our centers. You will design Treatment Plans, oversee program implementations, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure ethical, individualized care for children with autism.

Qualifications

BCBA certification or BCBA-D is required.
Experience supervising BCBA supervisees is preferred.
Strong written and oral communication with families and team members.
Proficiency in data collection and progress tracking tools.
Familiar with CentralReach and Tableau platforms.

Responsibilities

Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment targets (25 billable hours per week).
Conduct parent/caregiver training both in clinic and home settings.
Maintain relationships with families and provide caregiver training at least once per month per client.
Ensure ethical, individualized programming and oversee ABA programs across centers and community settings.
