Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA program design and supervision across our center network. You will supervise behavior technicians, collaborate with families, and administer treatment plans in a dynamic pediatric setting.

Qualifications

• Must have BCBA or BCBA-D certification and licensure where applicable.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers.
• Strong organization, critical thinking and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment targets averaging 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings as needed.
• Maintain relationships with parents and provide caregiver training per client monthly.
• Design and oversee ABA programs, supervise behavior technicians and supervise RBTs.
• Prepare and update progress reports and oversee program integrity in center and community settings.
