Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in delivering high‑quality ABA services. You will supervise staff, design treatment plans, and ensure ethical, individualized programming for each client.

The role emphasizes collaboration with caregivers, progress monitoring, and upholding BACB guidelines across clinic and community settings. A growth‑minded, team‑oriented professional will thrive here.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification is required.
• Licensure in practicing states is required or will be pursued.
• Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment: average 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and conduct caregiver training monthly.
• Design and implement treatment plans for assigned clients.
