Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Knoxville, TN is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our clinical team, full-time or part-time. We offer a robust bonus program and a $10,000 retention bonus for newly hired full-time BCBA’s, plus a comprehensive benefits package and flexible schedules.

As a Proud Moments BCBA, you will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism, collaborate with a supportive clinical team, and help families understand assessments and treatment

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license or eligibility within 3 months.
• Experience implementing ABA with autism and administering assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise interventions to change behaviors in children with autism.
• Share in client achievements as they learn new skills.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Supervise, train, and orient our growing team of behavioral technicians.
• Physically engage with clients during sessions (movement, lifting 25+ pounds).
