Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Memphis, TN is seeking board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (or sitting for exam within 3 months).
• Experience applying ABA with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions to improve client outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Provide supervision, training, and orientation to developing team members.

Education
