Proud Moments ABA is hiring BCBA professionals in Milton, FL to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism, birth to 21 years. Full-time and part-time positions available with substantial retention bonus and supportive clinical team.

As a Proud Moments BCBA, you will supervise interventions, collaborate with families, and ensure data-driven progress while enjoying flexible schedules, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (depending on state) or sitting for exam in next 3 months.
• Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions to change behaviors in children with autism.
• Share in client achievements as they develop positive behaviors and skills.
• Provide family guidance to help parents understand assessments and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and orientation of technicians.
• Physically keep up with clients during sessions and activities.
