Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Antioch, TN is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join as full-time or part-time clinical experts. A $10,000 retention bonus is available for newly hired full-time BCBA's, with competitive compensation and a robust quarterly bonus program.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (or sitting for the exam within the next 3 months).
• Experience applying ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor client progress and share achievements as behaviors improve.
• Support families by explaining assessments and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients and monitor for potential issues.
• Provide supervision, training, and orientation to junior staff.
• Physically engage with clients during sessions and maintain pace with children aged 2–15.
