Proud Moments ABA in Chattanooga, TN is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join as full-time or part-time clinical experts. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism, ensuring data-driven progress and positive behavior changes.

Formación

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (or sitting for exam soon).
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and confidentiality.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on data and progress.
• Provide support and training to families and staff.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure quality service delivery.
• Supervise technology-enabled data collection and charting.
