Proud Moments ABA in Knoxville, TN is hiring BCBA professionals to join our clinical team as full-time or part-time experts, delivering high-quality ABA services to children on the autism spectrum and focusing on practical, data-driven interventions. Notably, a $10,000 BCBA retention bonus is available for newly hired full-time BCBA staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (depending on state) or sitting for your exam in the next 3 months— students are welcome!
• Experience applying ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related disorders.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment; commitment to handling confidential information.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise interventions that change the lives of children with autism.
• Share in clients' achievements as they develop positive behaviors and skills.
• Provide family support to ensure parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and orientation of the growing team of behavioral technicians.
• Assist with physical activities in sessions as children move within the area.
