Proud Moments ABA in Antioch, TN is actively seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for full-time or part-time clinical roles. We offer a $10,000 BCBA retention bonus for new full-time hires and a robust bonus program with flexible schedules to balance work and life.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license or in-process exam within 3 months; students welcome.
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Strong clinical judgment and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions to improve client outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans with the clinical team.
• Support families with results explanations and recommendations.
• Provide supervision and training to technicians.
• Assist clients physically during sessions as needed.
