Proud Moments ABA is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Knoxville, TN, for full-time or part-time roles. Earn a $10,000 retention bonus for full-time BCBA hires and join a supportive multi-tiered clinical team with flexible schedules and robust benefits.

As a BCBA, you will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism, collaborate with families, and contribute to ongoing professional development through hosted CEU courses and extensive resources.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Utilize your expertise to develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions that change the lives of children with autism.
• Share in the achievements of your clients as they develop positive behaviors and learn new skills.
• Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for your clients by monitoring for potential issues and communicating concerns.
• Share your knowledge and experience through direct supervision, support, training, and orientation of our growing team of behavioral technicians.
• Physically keep up with clients as they move about the session area(s). This will require many physical activities including standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and generally keeping pace with children from 2-15 years old.

Education
