Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license or in the process (exam within 3 months).
• Experience applying ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Share in client achievements as behaviors improve and skills are learned.
• Provide family support to ensure understanding of assessments and recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Supervise and train a growing team of behavioral technicians.
• Move with participants during sessions, including physical activities.
