Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Springfield, TN is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism, with strong support from our clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license or plan to sit for exam within 3 months.
• Experience applying ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and confidentiality.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Track progress and support positive behavior development.
• Support families by communicating assessment results and treatment plans.
• Monitor concerns and advocate for clients.
• Mentor and train growing team of behavioral technicians.
• Physically assist during sessions involving movement with children 2-15 years old.
