Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts. We offer competitive compensation, a retention bonus of up to $10,000 for new full-time hires, and flexible schedules to support work-life balance.

As a Proud Moments BCBA, you will develop and supervise interventions for children with autism, collaborate with a multi-tiered clinical team, and utilize advanced data collection tools.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license or candidate for exam within 3 months.
• Experience applying ABA with children with autism spectrum disorders.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• Strong communication, organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Share in clients' achievements as they develop new skills.
• Support families by explaining assessments and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Supervise and train junior staff to ensure quality service.
• Physically engage with clients during sessions and move as needed.
