Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Middlesex, NJ. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, a small caseload, and direct supervision of BTs/RBTs.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required as verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, or adults with various needs.
• Proficient with ABA data collection, behavioral intervention strategies and ethical guidelines.
• Office 365 proficiency (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to manage a small caseload and supervise BTs/RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data collected in sessions with staff and families and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families about treatment concerns and staff.
• Support with administrative tasks and caseload scheduling.
