Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in New Jersey. The role includes direct supervision of BTs/RBTs, managing a small caseload, and reviewing data to adapt treatment plans.

We offer a competitive salary in the 85k–95k range, full-time Monday–Friday, comprehensive benefits, and a $6,000 annual incentive. Laptop provided, with supportive clinical management.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required as verified by BACB.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral interventions, ethics and regulations.
• Proficient in Office 365 and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families on concerns related to treatment or staff.
• Clinical Manager support for scheduling and caseload management.
