Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Mount Holly, NJ is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a permanent, full-time role offering flexible hours and a small caseload. The position includes direct supervision of BTs/RBTs and collaborative treatment planning with families.

The role provides a competitive salary of $85,000–$95,000 annually, plus benefits, a laptop, and a supportive team environment. Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or late shifts.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, or adults with various needs.
• Proficient with Office 365 tools and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Consult with families and provide case supervision and team meetings.
