Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services seeks a BCBA to join our growing team in Princeton, NJ. You will deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, review session data, and adjust treatment plans with families.

We offer a competitive salary ($85k–$95k), a full benefits package, an annual incentive up to $6,000, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends. Laptop provided and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with children/adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and ethics.
• Proficient with MS Office and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.
