Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, review data from sessions with staff and families, and adjust treatment plans to maximize progress.

We offer a competitive salary (85k–95k) with an annual incentive of up to $6,000, Monday–Friday full-time hours, a supportive clinical team, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K with match,

Qualifications

• BCBA certification validated by BACB.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents or adults with various needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral interventions, reinforcement and instructional methods.
• Proficient with Office 365 and ABA software platforms.
• Able to meet physical demands and engage with children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data, interpret results and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision via team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns related to staff or behavior modification.
