Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a Board-C Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing team in East Brunswick, NJ. The role includes direct supervision of BTs/RBTs, managing a small caseload, and collaborating with families to adjust individualized treatment plans.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification, has 1+ year of relevant experience, and is proficient with ABA software and Office 365. The position offers a full-time schedule, strong benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by BACB.
• Minimum 1 year experience with diverse clients (children, adolescents, adults).
• Proficient in Office 365 and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to meet job demands including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions, interpret results, adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision via staff/family meetings and consultations.
• Address family concerns regarding treatment, behavior modification, or staff.
• Receive support from Clinical Manager including admin and scheduling help.
