Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Fair Lawn, NJ seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and collaborate with families. The role requires a Master’s Degree and BCBA certification with a commitment to high-quality, data-driven treatment.

The position offers competitive pay between $85,000 and $95,000 annually, full-time hours Monday through Friday, and a comprehensive benefits plan including medical, dental, vision, a 401K with match, and

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA as verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents with diverse needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, ethics, laws and instructional methods.
• Proficient with Office 365 apps and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage with children on the floor when needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and modify treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through observations and team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding concerns about treatment and staff.
